Glean is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead their Australia and New Zealand business, focusing on driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong executive relationships with customers and partners. The role requires extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, regional leadership, and a deep understanding of the ANZ market, with a focus on scaling the business in a fast-moving environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the ANZ business and deliver against bookings, pipeline, and growth targets for the market
  2. Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while raising the bar on execution, accountability, and talent density
  3. Drive a rigorous operating rhythm around forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, and execution
  4. Develop strong executive relationships with customers, prospects, and partners across Australia and New Zealand
  5. Partner closely with marketing, sales development, solutions engineering, customer success, partnerships, finance, people, and recruiting to drive growth in market
