This role is for an engineer at an applied AI lab focused on building end-to-end software agents, specifically the AI software engineer Devin and the AI-native IDE Windsurf. The position emphasizes translating real-world customer pain into product improvements and hands-on implementations, requiring a founder mindset, high agency, and a strong engineering foundation.

This role focuses on enabling Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to successfully deploy, scale, and deliver value with Cognition's AI agents (Devin and Windsurf) to their clients. The Partner Deployed Engineer will work closely with partner technical teams to build repeatable offerings, provide technical enablement, co-deliver pilots, and act as a technical representative within partner organizations, influencing the product roadmap based on field learnings.
