The short version
AI Hire Signal is a public, read-only data site. There are no user accounts, no signup forms, no cookies, and no advertising trackers. We collect anonymous pageview and performance metrics so we can see which content is useful. That’s it.
What we collect
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Every page loads a small script from Cloudflare that records:
- The page URL you visited
- Approximate country (derived from IP, IP itself is not stored)
- Browser, operating system, and device type
- Referrer (the previous page if you arrived from a link)
- Page-load performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)
Cloudflare’s analytics product does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not aggregate data across sites. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for their methodology.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers) keeps short-lived request logs containing IP address and user-agent. We do not store these logs ourselves; they exist only inside Cloudflare’s infrastructure for the retention windows described in their privacy policy.
What we don’t collect
- No user accounts or login systems exist
- No newsletter or contact forms collect email addresses
- No third-party advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers
- No persistent cookies of any kind
Data about companies and jobs
The job postings, salaries, and company facts displayed on this site are sourced from public APIs operated by hiring platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and from public earnings-call transcripts. None of this is data about you; it’s data about employers.
If you are an employer and would like a posting removed, email hello@aihiresignal.com from a verifiable company address and we will take it down.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from them.
Changes
If our data practices change we’ll update this page and bump the date at the top.
