Cohere is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers. This role involves translating business problems into agentic workflows, integrating LLMs with tools and data, and ensuring agents are reliable, observable, safe, and auditable. The engineer will lead the full lifecycle from prototype to production, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Member of Technical Staff on the Applied ML team at Cohere, focusing on designing and implementing solutions using Large Language Models for enterprise customers. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their problems, applying ML expertise to close the gap in Enterprise AI adoption, and delivering products. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects from ideation to production, cross-functional alignment, mentoring engineers, identifying model gaps, and collaborating with product and partner organizations.
