This role is a Client Service Analyst responsible for program management activities and alignment for strategic programs within Comcast Business. The individual will coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure programs stay within scope, budget, and schedule. Key responsibilities include planning, development, delivery of new programs, risk management, stakeholder communication, and monitoring program quality.

This role is responsible for designing and executing test environments for Quality Assurance Engineers, testing products and software to ensure quality, and assisting in managing project teams and developing test strategies. The engineer will lead investigation processes for defects and maintain technical quality assurance systems.
