The goal is to ensure a continuous supply of power for AI workloads, positioning the company at the forefront of energy-first AI infrastructure development.

This role focuses on scouting and evaluating emerging technologies for AI data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, construction, and operation. The candidate will build the technology scouting function from the ground up, identifying innovations that could reshape the industry and informing Crusoe's technology investments and pilots. The role requires broad technical knowledge across energy and infrastructure domains and strong analytical skills to assess technology readiness and vendor claims.
