This role is for a Senior Partner Manager focused on building and activating a partner ecosystem for Datadog's multi-cloud monitoring product. The responsibilities include recruiting and developing channel partners (SIs, MSPs, VARs) to drive customer adoption and revenue, enabling partners through training and joint selling, coordinating technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches, hosting business reviews, collaborating with sales teams, and generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying business development or channel sales experience in cloud services or SaaS, with a proven ability to drive sales opportunities and negotiate agreements. Technical comprehension and communication skills are important, and proficiency with Cloud MSP partners is advantageous. Travel is required.
