Dropbox is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel - EMEA Lead to join their global commercial legal team. This leadership role will primarily focus on EMEA sales and channel deals, processes, and relationships, as well as EMEA-specific procurement work. The ideal candidate will have a client-first mindset, experience working with sales and channel teams, and a good understanding of EMEA regulatory schemes including the EU AI Act. Responsibilities include drafting/negotiating contracts, developing efficient legal support strategies, and potentially managing a team.

Account Executive for Dropbox Business Enterprise, Dropbox Dash, and Dropbox Replay in the Nordics region. Drives expansion within an assigned install base by uncovering new opportunities, engaging additional buying centers, and closing high-impact growth deals. Requires B2B SaaS closing experience, fluency in English and a Nordic language, and strong sales skills. Preferred qualifications include general knowledge of AI and its enterprise use cases.
