AI Safety Engineer responsible for the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems across a multimodal space. This role involves building production-grade safety infrastructure, designing APIs, data pipelines, and monitoring systems, and translating research models into production-ready systems. The focus is on end-to-end technical execution of safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring, ensuring robustness, observability, and scalability.

This role is a 0-to-1 builder position focused on architecting and building AI agents for Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement. The primary responsibility is to create agents that assist sellers with tasks like meeting preparation, sales asset generation, real-time coaching, and onboarding automation. A secondary responsibility involves building the enablement systems layer for content management. The role requires technical skills to ship working software and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to ensure agent effectiveness.
