This role focuses on translating automation, analytics, and AI initiatives into practical, scalable solutions for clinical trial operations within Merck. The Senior Business Analyst will lead the development of business cases, oversee the end-to-end delivery of tools and solutions (including AI-assisted processes and pilots), conduct data analysis, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance and adoption. The role requires experience in data analysis, process improvement, and delivering technology-enabled transformations, with a strong emphasis on product and solution ownership across the full lifecycle.
