This role is a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant focused on ServiceNow's Platform, Data & AI offerings. The primary responsibility is to act as a technical and solution expert, partnering with sales to drive business outcomes for enterprise customers by architecting, positioning, and delivering advanced AI and Data solutions. This involves understanding customer challenges, co-creating solution visions, designing solution experiences, serving as a subject matter expert throughout the sales process, and translating complex AI capabilities into executive-ready narratives. The role requires hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases, and a strong understanding of data fabric architectures to support an AI-first strategy, with a focus on data-driven Agentic AI business solutions.
