The engineer will work with account executives, other solutions engineers, and partners through the pre-sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, and technical presentations. The role requires strong technical pre-sales experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom, solid understanding of the sales cycle, knowledge of voice protocols and messaging APIs, and experience with public cloud platforms. Coding experience in backend or web development and REST API design is also required. Fluency in English and Japanese is desired.
