The role is a Business Regional Manager for Pfizer in Zhengzhou, China. Responsibilities include channel management (distributor and retail terminal management, inventory, payment, order tracking, data reporting), execution of innovative commercial projects, pharmaceutical market access (understanding policies, executing strategies, maximizing product access), DTP pharmacy management (screening, evaluation, ensuring service standards), tender support, and cross-departmental coordination. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business, channel management, or market access, strong communication, organizational, and planning skills, and proficiency in Office software.

What you'd actually do

  1. 负责辖区内经销商及渠道终端的管理,确保公司分销政策有效执行。包括:管理进销存、回款、订单跟进、数据上报等工作;优化所负责区域的商业渠道结构;制定并监督执行合理分销政策,保障商业渠道畅通,并确保应收账款安全及回款周期符合公司要求;负责商业数据的收集、录入与核查,确保渠道数据的真实性与完整性。
  2. 统筹辖区内商业合作项目的落地执行,及时解决项目推进中的各类问题,确保项目目标达成并维持良好的商业合作延续性。同时,收集、分析并准确传递市场信息,为公司业务战略规划提供参考依据。
  3. 熟悉药品准入相关政策法规及操作路径,执行公司准入策略,有效沟通协调内外部资源,最大化实现产品在辖区内的市场准入与覆盖。
  4. 负责辖区内DTP药房业务管理,保障业务健康有序开展。参与本地DTP药房的筛选与评估,确保药房提供的专业服务符合公司标准及合规要求。
  5. 负责辖区内公司产品的招标挂网支持工作,配合完成资料准备及流程跟进。

Skills

Required

  • University Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a pharmaceutical-related major
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (pharmaceutical company business, channel management, or drug access)
  • Good written expression and communication skills
  • Strong communication and cross-departmental team collaboration skills
  • Good organizational planning and business planning skills
  • Strong learning ability, proficient in Office software, able to adapt to business travel
  • Excellent team spirit, strong sense of work responsibility and integrity
