Regional Sales Manager for Pfizer in Zhengzhou, China. Responsible for managing regional business, setting and implementing business goals, developing and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Requires sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, management potential, and strong leadership and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划,推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员(包括各种雇佣形式和编制),定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估,实施奖惩或激励措施。
  3. 制定并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划,规范其工作行为,确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
  4. 制定并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划,并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  5. 通过有计划的随访,在与专员讨论区域销售及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good English.
  • Good professional knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and ability to manage stress.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a pharmaceutical company of equivalent standing, with a compliant, excellent performance record and management potential.
  • Strict self-management to ensure all daily work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China. Uphold integrity, maintain transparency, and have no history of violating legal provisions in past work.

Nice to have

  • Sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Internal applicants must meet current compliance investigation process, disciplinary level & time limit requirements.
  • Preference for 'Sprouts' (萌芽) program participants.
