This role is for a Regional Customer Solutions Manager in the healthcare sector (Pfizer) in Beijing, China. The primary focus is on developing and executing regional business plans, managing a team to achieve sales targets, building diagnostic platforms, designing innovative solutions for customers, managing third-party partnerships, and fostering a high-performance, compliant team culture. It requires strong sales, management, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and a strong compliance record.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行区域的业务计划,推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 在区域内搭建诊疗平台,提升客户对疾病的认知及诊断能力。
  3. 结合区域内的市场趋势及政策环境,为区域内客户设计有针对性的创新解决方案,协助区域内客户搭建疾病诊疗中心;
  4. 领导并激励团队成员,通过招聘、培训、绩效和行为管理等来促进他们的业绩目标实现与行动计划达标。
  5. 保持与区域内关键客户良好持续的沟通,建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good professional knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and able to manage pressure.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in a pharmaceutical company of equivalent standing, with a compliant excellent performance record and management potential.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical business management is preferred.
  • Strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws.
  • Integrity and transparency in past work.
  • For internal applicants: compliance with current compliance investigation procedures, disciplinary level & time limits.
  • For internal applicants: at least 2 years of experience as a Pfizer medical representative.
  • For internal applicants: performance in the past two years meets or exceeds the team average.

Nice to have

  • Pharmaceutical business management experience preferred.
