Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist our training specialist with multiple admin tasks
- Basic Graphic Design
- Multimedia tasks for the China Learning Center screens, course promotion, etc.
- Social media content creation for channels such as: Yammer Community, Instagram
- Improving Customer experience in our Learning Center
- Supporting instructor to do the preparation before the course or clean up after the course
- Supporting Learning center with requests that may include report creation, data analytics, and content creation
- Assistance with regional training and new product release events
- Assistance with dealer and customer events
Required Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate
- Background in Marketing social media, Communication, Photoshop, drafting Newsletters, Multimedia Apps
- Degree in Marketing, Multimedia or Engineering, mechanically minded person will be advantageous
- Quick Learner, Team Player, Self-Starter
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within diverse teams.
