This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in the Metabolism Business Unit at Pfizer, responsible for academic promotion of products and professional customer support within a designated region. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  2. Effectively utilize resources for customer visits under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, and identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required
