This role is a Medical Information Communication Specialist for Pfizer's anti-infective division in Fuzhou, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional support for customers within the assigned region, under the guidance of a regional manager. Key tasks involve visiting clients to communicate drug information, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a college degree (preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences), proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to compliance with company policies, industry standards, and anti-corruption laws like FCPA.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Under the guidance of company policies and procedures, fully utilize resources to conduct effective customer visits and achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments to identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • College degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
