Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop the brand strategies to ensure business achievement
- Lead strategic brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , leading and developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positionin and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
- Establish solid KOL relationship and strong endorsement
- Lead Cross-functional collaboration – across Field Force, medical etc to get alignment
- Input to the country BP&OP plan
- Prepare report for global & country level internal communication
Resource Management
- Lead budget planning and control
- Monitor brand marketing execution with KPI evaluation
- Optimize budget effectiveness & efficiency
