What you'd actually do

  1. Support the end-to-end launch and execution of new products, features, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
  2. Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams
  3. Analyse operational and commercial metrics (e.g., delivery time, prep time, order accuracy, menu quality, adoption rates, campaign performance) to identify risks and opportunities
  4. Monitor and diagnose partner operational health, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve long-term retention
  5. Drive partner growth and retention through direct outbound engagement, conducting churn-prevention consultations and upselling marketing initiatives to maximise restaurant visibility and performance

Skills

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields), with graduation by early 2027.
  • Available for a full-time, 6-month internship starting 6th July 2026
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data extraction and analysis
  • Fluency in English and German or French
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Open to exploring full-time opportunities with Uber following the internship

Nice to have

  • Previous experience (internship, academic project, or student organisation) in account management, operations, customer success, or project management
  • Strong commercial and customer-centric mindset, with an interest in how execution quality drives business performance
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
