This role focuses on Configuration Management, ensuring consistency between designed, planned, and built product configurations. It involves managing Bills of Materials (EBOM, MBOM, OBOM), reconciling discrepancies, and utilizing systems like TeamCenter, SAP, and MES. The position requires a Secret clearance and is open to Associate Configuration Analysts (Bachelor's degree) and Configuration Analysts (Master's degree or Bachelor's + 2 years experience).

What you'd actually do

  1. Performing CDM metrics on a weekly basis and supporting Program prep meetings.
  2. Cross-organizational collaboration to resolve issues associated with reconciliation discrepancies across the As Designed (EBOM), As Planned (MBOM) and As-Built (OBOM) bills of materials including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Supply Chain and Quality Assurance issues.
  3. Performing Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) As Built reconciliation efforts.
  4. Training experience in TeamCenter Enterprise (PDM), Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tools, understanding of Bill-of-Materials (Engineering & Manufacturing) and product structure.
  5. CSA deliverables throughout the product lifecycle as well as fulfilling existing CDM program processes and plans in accordance with NGAS sector processes and our customer statement of work.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Quality Management or related field
  • Active DOD Secret clearance
  • Understanding of Bill-of-Materials (Engineering & Manufacturing) and product structure

  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
  • Experience with Configuration and Data Management
  • Experience in Manufacturing
  • Experience MES/SAP/CPLM
  • Basic understanding of EBOMs, OBOMs, and MBOMs
  • Government Contracts Experience
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR/DCMA
  • Experience developing, evaluating or auditing plans, processes and procedures

  • Familiarity with Cost/schedule/budget concepts and tools (EVMS, SAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61A and EIA-649, National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management
