What you'd actually do

  1. Support senior contract administrators on complex work assignments
  2. Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration activities from proposal through closeout.
  3. Administer daily contract activities for a variety of product lines and contract types, including cost reimbursable and firm fixed price; such activities will include establishing payment terms, initiating, and monitoring invoicing, collections, and funding to support financial objectives.
  4. Enter and manage data in 1ERP
  5. Participate in customer meetings, performing and monitoring compliance to contract requirements and leading change management process.
  6. Ensure non-disclosure agreements and contract terms and conditions are negotiated within company guidelines.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
