  3. Work in a team environment utilizing Agile processes to automate test cases and procedures for functional and non-functional domains, solving the most complex escalated issues.
  4. Troubleshoot issues found during testing and relay to Field Service Engineers for resolution.
  5. Participate in agile ceremonies and interface with the agile team(s) and other program staff as required.
