Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst/ Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst to manage and monitor costs and schedules on contracts, perform financial analyses, prepare budgets, and ensure adequate funding. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
  2. Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
  3. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  4. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
  5. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
