2026 Operations Internship, Milan

This is an internship role focused on operations within Uber, involving data analysis, problem-solving, and supporting decision-making. It is not directly related to AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Embark on a chance to reimagine the way the world moves by focusing on real-time, impactful projects
  2. Learn the vast inner workings of Uber - you will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, Consumers, Couriers, Restaurants and/or the Marketplace
  3. Solve key strategic problems through analytical frameworks and insights to advise the team on key decisions
  4. Experiment with new products and efficiencies aiming to improve our operations, spanning pricing, demand building, segmentation, customer operations and much more.
  5. Collaborate and engage with a number of functions across the business - operations, finance, policy, communications, product, marketing, legal, and customer support.

Skills

Required

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for the full duration of the internship
  • Available to start on 7th September and work full time for 6 months
  • Work authorization in Italy
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Graduation Timeline: Able to join in a full-time role [if an opportunity opens up] shortly after the internship ends
