The program lasts 2.5 years and requires general or technical college entrance qualification, good grades in math, German, and English, and basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the 2.5-year training (September of a year) you will be introduced to the day-to-day business of all fundamental commercial activities in an industrial company. This includes purchasing materials and services, selling our products, planning, organization, calculation, invoicing and accounting as well as controlling and personnel management.
  2. You will learn how to use modern communication tools, work with general and special software and use internal communication channels.
  3. An insight into technical basics and processes as well as deepening your foreign language skills are also part of the curriculum.
  4. The training concludes with the independent processing of a project in one of the mentioned areas.
  5. After successfully completing the training, you can be deployed in a variety of roles, e.g. in materials management, marketing, accounting and personnel management.
