This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in Jinan, China, at Pfizer. What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance of the regional manager of medical information communication, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support in the jurisdiction, such as visiting customers to communicate/feedback drug information, organize product academic promotion activities, etc., to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Make effective customer visits using company resources under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
