What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane assembly.
  3. Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  4. Support delivery center operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
  5. Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
  • Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
  • Experience with 3D model based instruction
