Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
The Team Leader position is intended to assist the line supervisor in various daily activities including:
- Schedule production cell and flow of material
- Conduct/cover line-up meetings when necessary.
- Facilitate and assist with daily build issues/problems, including quality, tooling and process issues.
- Coordinate movement/rotation of technicians throughout the area.
- Coordinate rework activities.
- Train operators when necessary.
- Fill in at machines and operations when necessary.
- Assist in maintenance issues as needed.
- Respond to assembly calls.
- Perform line and assembly inventory counts.
- Perform Rework on out of process material
- Responsible for production, quality, housekeeping, and other related duties associated with the operation and set up of CNC and NC controlled machines.
- Interpret CNC programs JIS, JMI, CMM data, GageIt, and accountable for processes by monitoring Infinity.
- At times it may be required to work overtime to meet the manufacturing requirements.
**Basic Qualifications: **
- Must have a strong machining background with experience in boring, milling, drilling, and reaming.
- Must have the ability to trouble shoot and solve problems dealing with machine, tooling, and program malfunctions.
- Must have a working knowledge of CNC programs and be able to make offset adjustments as required.
- Must be able to manage time and work well with those on all shifts, including support personnel.
- Must be able to work necessary overtime.
- Must pass a CNC skill assessment to win position.
- _Candidate will be required to stay in the position for 2 years except for a promotion. _
** Physical Requirements: **
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to bend and twist at the waist and be able to squat.
- Must be able to stand on concrete for 8+ hours.
**Additional Information: **
- Position available is on 2nd Shift (3:30pm-11:30pm)
- Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected applicant.

Summary Pay Range:
$33.27 - $42.33
