3rd Party Partnerships Manager - Commerce

This role focuses on managing and scaling strategic partnerships with global commerce platforms to drive growth on Reddit. The manager will own relationships, drive product adoption, operationalize go-to-market strategies, influence product roadmaps, and define key performance indicators for commerce initiatives. The role requires experience in commerce partnerships and understanding of e-commerce workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage commerce platform relationships and key ecosystem partners that support customer activation, feeds, onboarding, and performance workflows.
  2. Increase activation of Reddit Ads and Dynamic Product Ads through partner integrations; improve time-to-first-ad, catalog coverage, and conversion signal quality.
  3. Build repeatable GTM motions across platforms and ecosystem partners - enablement, incentives, co-marketing, and activation programs that scale advertiser growth.
  4. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve APIs and workflows across catalog ingestion, pixel/CAPI, feeds, onboarding, and reporting surfaces.
  5. Track performance across active customers, MAA contribution, catalog health, signal coverage, activation speed, and revenue impact.

Skills

Required

  • 6–8 years in commerce partnerships, platform ecosystems, or e-commerce
  • Experience working with commerce platforms and supporting ecosystem vendors (feeds, onboarding, attribution, agencies, tooling)
  • Strong understanding of catalog feeds, conversion APIs, pixel/CAPI, and DPA workflows
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and product adoption through integrations
  • Cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Science
  • Structured, metrics-driven operator with strong stakeholder management

Nice to have

  • Commerce ecosystem experience (apps, partner programs, merchant onboarding)
  • Familiarity with large platforms and broader commerce tooling landscape
  • Experience working with feed management platforms or commerce enablement partners
  • Understanding of lower-funnel performance advertising
  • Experience designing activation incentives or partner programs
