This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in the Lung Cancer Product Group in Fuzhou, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional support to customers within a designated region, under the guidance of a regional manager. Key tasks involve providing timely and accurate professional support, effective customer visits, organizing academic conferences, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a college degree in a relevant field, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on integrity, compliance with company policies, industry standards, and anti-corruption laws (FCPA and Chinese laws).

What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance of the regional manager of medical information communication, responsible for product academic promotion and customer professional support in the designated area, such as visiting customers to convey/communicate/feedback drug information, and holding product academic promotion activities, so as to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Fully utilize resources for effective customer visits under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
