This role is for a Regional Business Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on managing sales, developing business plans, leading and developing a team, ensuring compliance, and fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The role requires experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical sector and a strong understanding of compliance and ethical conduct.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划,推动大区各个团队完成或超越完成公司和上级下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员,定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估,实施奖惩或激励措施。
  3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划,规范员工的工作行为,确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
  4. 制订并执行团队成员专业知识和技能的发展计划,通过随访对团队成员定期进行教导,以加强其业务能力、产品知识、产品策略、销售技巧和总体工作效率,并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  5. 根据对市场发展趋势的分析,挖掘区域市场机会,打造大区的长期竞争优势。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good English skills
  • Good professional knowledge in relevant product areas
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork awareness
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and stress management skills
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience in a similar pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent performance record that complies with regulations
