专业教育部实习生

This is an internship role at Johnson & Johnson focused on professional education, involving organizing educational materials, creating presentations, translation, internal process applications, coordinating and communicating, managing and executing professional education activities, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, medical, etc.), tracking training effectiveness (participation, satisfaction, outcome conversion, etc.), ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company compliance requirements, standardizing processes, reducing risks, introducing new models such as digital learning and AI tools, continuously exploring more efficient education methods, and promoting the improvement of organizational learning capabilities. The role requires a bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in medicine/pharmacy/biology/chemistry, good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to extract simple professional education information and edit/organize documents. The internship requires at least 3 days per week for more than 3 months.
