What you'd actually do

  1. 高效执行公司市场部的策略，达成及超越公司制定的业务目标；
  2. 有效地的将目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率、确保在拜访执行过程中准确传递产品信息；
  3. 依照公司合规要求，独立组织学术幻灯演讲以及支持区域内的会议/活动推广工作；
  4. 实时维护工作相关数据，以便准确且及时地反应市场状态；
  5. 协助主管完成招标和医保事务及职责范围内部门安排的其他工作任务。

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Achieve a score of no less than 80 in the MRC test organized by the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment Pharmaceutical Research and Development Industry Committee ("RDPAC") during the probation period
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer management skills
  • Excellent learning and application ability, communication and persuasion skills, project management ability, and business planning and execution ability
  • Proficiency in Office and other office software

Nice to have

  • Specialty products may require a pharmaceutical background
