This role is a Medical Information Communication Specialist for Pfizer's metabolic division in Wenzhou, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional customer support within a designated region, under the guidance of a regional manager. What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance and coaching of the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within the jurisdiction, such as visiting customers to convey/communicate/feedback drug information, and organize product academic promotion activities, so as to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Effectively utilize resources for effective customer visits under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
