Medical Information Communication Specialist responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within a designated region, reporting to the Regional Manager of Medical Information Communication. Key tasks include providing professional support, effective customer visits, organizing academic events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and continuous professional development, all while adhering strictly to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws like FCPA.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. In accordance with company policies and procedures, effectively utilize resources for customer visits to achieve work objectives.
  3. In accordance with company policies and procedures, plan and organize various academic conferences or activities.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • University Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good English.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Good at self-motivation, self-challenge, and stress management.
  • Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Strictly adhere to integrity and maintain true transparency.
  • No violation of laws and regulations in past work.

Nice to have

  • Medical, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related majors preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical industry relevant work experience preferred.
