岗位目标：Job Purpose:
负责实验室样品从接收、检测流转、储存到报废的全过程管理，确保样品信息准确、可追溯；提升样品流转效率，推动样品管理数字化及供应商加工质量控制，保障实验室检测的质量、速率和合规性。 Responsible for the full lifecycle management of laboratory samples, including receipt, testing flow, storage, and disposal. Ensure sample traceability and data accuracy, improve material flow efficiency, promote digitalization of sample management, and support supplier processing quality control to ensure laboratory quality, turnaround time, and compliance.
- 样品全流程管理（Sample Lifecycle Management）
- 负责来样接收、登记及状态标识，确保样品信息完整准确.Receive, register, and label incoming samples, ensuring data completeness and accuracy
- 负责样品储存管理（分类、区域、环境控制），防止混淆或损坏Manage sample storage (classification, location, environmental control) to prevent mix-up or damage
- 管理样品保留、复检、退回及报废全过程Control sample retention, re-testing, return, and disposal processes
- 建立并维护样品全生命周期追溯记录Maintain full lifecycle traceability records for all samples
- 样品流转效率提升（Material Flow Efficiency Improvement）
- 分析样品流转中的效率瓶颈（等待、重复搬运等）Analyze bottlenecks in sample flow (e.g., waiting time, unnecessary handling)
- 优化样品流转路径及交接方式Optimize sample transfer routes and handover processes
- 领导样品管理方面的数字化及速率提升项目Lead digitalization and speed-enhancement initiatives in sample management.
- 推动5S及精益改善，提高物料流转效率Promote 5S and lean practices to improve material flow efficiency
- 物料系统电子化管理（Digitalization of Material Management）
- 负责样品及物料信息系统录入和维护Input and maintain sample and material data in management systems
- 推动样品及物料管理由手工记录向系统化电子管理转化Drive the transition from manual records to digital system-based management
- 使用实验室信息系统（如LIMS/Workday/内部系统）进行管理Utilize laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS, Workday, internal systems)
- 确保系统数据与实物一致，支持审计与追溯Ensure consistency between system data and physical samples for audit traceability
- 支持数据统计与分析（样品数量、流转周期、异常率等）Support data analysis (sample volume, cycle time, abnormal rates, etc.)
- 异常与风险管理（Abnormality & Risk Management）
- 识别样品管理过程中的风险（如错样、混样、丢失等）Identify risks in sample management (misidentification, mix-up, loss, etc.)
- 及时反馈异常并参与纠正预防措施（CAPA）实施Report abnormalities and participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- 跟踪异常关闭情况Track closure of abnormal cases
- 其他职责（Other Responsibilities）
遵守实验室安全及质量管理要求Comply with laboratory safety and quality requirements
支持CNAS/客户审核中样品管理相关内容Support audits (CNAS/customer) related to sample management
完成部门安排的其他工作Perform other duties assigned by the department
任职要求（Background / Experience）
1.教育及经验（Education & Experience）
本科及以上学历（材料、机械、检测相关优先）Bachelor's degree or higher (majors in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Testing-related fields preferred)
2年以上实验室或样品/物流管理经验优先Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory, sample, or logistics management preferred
2.技能要求（Skills）
- 熟悉样品管理流程及质量要求Familiar with sample management processes and quality requirements
- 具备与不同团队及部门协同工作的能力Ability to collaborate with different teams and departments
- 具备数据记录与管理能力Strong data recording and management capability
- 具备基本质量意识及风险识别能力Basic quality awareness and risk identification ability
- 熟悉5S及精益理念优先Knowledge of 5S and lean principles preferred
- 熟练使用办公软件及系统Proficient in office software and system operations
3.行为要求（Behavior Competencies）
- 工作细致严谨，责任心强Detail-oriented and highly responsible
- 良好的沟通协调能力Good communication and coordination skills
- 主动性强，具备改进意识Proactive with continuous improvement mindset
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
