This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in the anti-infective (innovative products) division at Pfizer in Shenyang, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional support to customers within a designated region, under the guidance of a regional manager. Key tasks involve visiting clients to deliver/communicate/feedback drug information, organizing academic promotion events, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and self-motivate. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws (e.g., FCPA, Chinese anti-corruption laws), with a requirement for strict self-management and adherence to integrity. What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance and coaching of the regional manager of medical information communication, responsible for product academic promotion and customer professional support in the designated area, such as visiting customers to deliver/communicate/feedback drug information, holding product academic promotion activities, etc., to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Under the guidance of company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  3. Under the guidance of company policies and procedures, effectively utilize resources to conduct effective customer visits and achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
