This role is for a Regional Business Manager in Medical Information Communication at Pfizer in Shanghai, China. What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划,推动大区各个团队实现公司和上级下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员,定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估,实施奖惩或激励措施。
  3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划,规范员工的工作行为,确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
  4. 制订并执行团队成员专业知识和技能的发展计划,通过随访对团队成员定期进行教导,以加强其专业能力、产品知识、产品策略、医学信息沟通技巧和总体工作效率,并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  5. 根据大区业务发展的方向进行人力资源分配和人才规划,促进区域健康良性发展,建立人才梯队,保留高绩效人才。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good English skills
  • Professional knowledge in relevant product areas
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork awareness
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and stress management skills
  • At least 3 years of business management experience in pharmaceutical companies of similar scale
  • Experience in oncology product sales management
  • Excellent performance record in compliance
  • Strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China
  • At least 2 years of Pfizer business management experience
  • Team performance in the past two years meets or exceeds the team average
