777 Systems Integration Manager

Boeing is seeking a 777 Systems Integration Manager to lead a team responsible for systems integration activities in support of 777 program safety, certification, production, and customer commitments. The role involves coordinating resources, priorities, and technical integration across teams, suppliers, and program partners, providing day-to-day leadership, and partnering with program and engineering leadership to align technical strategy and manage risk.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team responsible for systems integration execution, including requirements, architecture, verification, certification, and program support activities
  2. Coordinate priorities, staffing, and technical execution across internal teams, suppliers, and program counterparts
  3. Ensure first-pass quality of systems deliverables and adherence to safety, regulatory, and technical performance requirements
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Provide technical oversight, guidance, and approval of integration approaches, products, and processes

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
  • at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
  • Experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures or aircraft program support

Nice to have

  • Experience leading or supporting requirements development, architecture, verification, and/or certification activities
  • Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Experience with 777 or other large commercial airplane programs
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing others
  • Master's degree in an engineering-related field or business administration (MBA)
