What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. In accordance with company policies and procedures, fully utilize resources to conduct effective customer visits and achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, and identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good English.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Good self-motivation, self-challenge, and stress management skills.
  • Pharmaceutical industry related work experience preferred.
  • Strict adherence to compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China.
  • Integrity and transparency in past work, with no violations of laws.

Nice to have

  • Medical, pharmacy, life sciences, or related majors preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical industry related work experience preferred.
