What you'd actually do

  1. Electrical system component development and corresponding maintenance work
  2. New product development, determining product requirements with customers, participating in concept design, design review, engine and machine validation, and road test phases of the product development cycle.
  3. Provide factory support services to Carter's engine and machine factories, troubleshooting various faults such as hot tests, hardware, wiring harnesses, and controllers.
  4. Electrical system cost reduction and continuous improvement

Skills

Required

  • Vehicle Engineering or Electronic Control bachelor's degree or above
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle electronic and electrical control architecture and systems
  • AI software usage experience, develop related tools based on AI
  • Software development capabilities
  • Strong learning ability
  • Strong communication, teamwork, written and oral expression skills

Nice to have

  • Proficient CAD software operation skills (Pro E/Creo preferred)
