Lead marketing efforts for a healthcare product, focusing on strategy, execution, and team management to achieve business objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Brand owner, lead brand business strategy, planning and excellent execution.
  2. Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation
  3. Lead the review of products' strategy with cross function team.
  4. Review the key Campaigns Development and execution
  5. Closely work with sales team to ensure resluts delivery
  6. Team management

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred
  • Proficient oral and written English
  • 7 or above years marketing experience, people manager experience is a plus.
  • Marketing , Customer and Competitor Insight
  • Marketing Execution
  • Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning
  • Data analysis, interpretation and communications
  • Performance and Program Metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional collaboration/negotiation (w/Customer Marketing roles in country, FF, CTALs, BU Leads/CM)
  • Exceptional prioritization –among/across brands, resource-constrained context
  • Vendor management
  • Proficiency in the local language as well as English proficiency

Nice to have

  • Master degree and MBA preferred
