This role is a Medical Information Communication Specialist for the anti-infective division in Changsha, China. The primary responsibilities include promoting products academically, providing professional support to customers, organizing academic promotion activities, and collecting/analyzing market feedback. The role requires a relevant degree, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and learning skills, and a commitment to compliance with company policies and anti-corruption laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the leadership and guidance of the regional medical information communication manager, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within the jurisdiction, such as visiting customers to convey/communicate/feedback drug information, and organizing product academic promotion activities, so as to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Fully utilize resources for effective customer visits under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.

Skills

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
