This role is for an A&D Program Manager in the Strategy & Corporate Development function, focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures within Johnson & Johnson Technology. The role involves establishing and managing program governance, driving consistent processes, managing budgets and financial forecasts, resource allocations, ensuring milestones are met, and reporting on team progress. It requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones, mitigate risks, and deliver results. The role also involves highlighting and driving improvement opportunities, reporting, and data analytics to articulate the organization's deal value proposition. Experience with performance monitoring tools, financial management, and project management methodologies is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish program governance, RAID, status reporting, resource management, and change management approach across A&D.
  2. Develop a consistent framework for planning, execution, and closeout phases across the deal portfolio.
  3. Implement performance monitoring tools to track project progress against benchmarks.
  4. Estimate, manage and track costs and resource allocations for current and future fiscal years as part of planning and budgeting process.
  5. Support the A&D organization in establishing and driving key deal value performance metrics in support of ongoing OKRs.
