Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Four or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Excellent sales performance
  • Two or more years of team management experience
  • Pass MRC test with a score of no less than 80
  • Complete onboarding training, compliance training, and assessments
  • Professional image presentation skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer engagement ability
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Excellent resource coordination ability
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Office)
