This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in Pfizer's Metabolism Business Unit in Nanjing, China. The primary responsibilities include academic promotion of products and professional support to customers within a designated region, under the guidance of a regional manager. Key tasks involve providing accurate product information, organizing academic events, gathering market feedback, and maintaining professional relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and learning abilities, and a commitment to compliance with company policies and legal standards (including FCPA). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. What you'd actually do

  1. In the guidance of the regional manager of medical information communication, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support in the designated area, such as visiting customers to communicate/feedback drug information, and holding product academic promotion activities, so as to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Effectively utilize resources for effective customer visits under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
