Accommodations Consultant

This role supports the Global People Solutions team, serving as the primary contact for employees navigating workplace accommodations operations globally and provides guidance and expertise to the Accommodations operations team. This role additionally balances day-to-day case management with project work, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting medical or religious accommodations; conduct the interactive process and make determinations in partnership with business leaders and People Business Partners
  2. Perform end-to-end case management for accommodations, including intake, assessment, determination, and follow-up
  3. Educate employees and managers on accommodation processes, legal considerations, and responsibilities.
  4. Support employees returning from leave, coordinating accommodations as needed for successful reintegration.
  5. Track and report on accommodation metrics to ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
