This role focuses on Account Based Marketing (ABM) for an AI-powered knowledge management platform. The manager will own, evolve, and scale the ABM program, defining and executing targeted campaigns to accelerate pipeline, deepen account engagement, and foster customer growth. A key aspect is operationalizing AI for ABM by implementing AI agents and workflows to personalize and automate campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI and have hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows, with a focus on embedding AI into marketing operations for scalable impact.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience
  • 2+ years specializing in ABM at a SaaS or enterprise technology company
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing cross-channel ABM campaigns (digital, email nurtures, events, direct mail)
  • Deep understanding of ABM methodologies and measurement (1:many, 1:few, 1:1)
  • Strong track record driving pipeline and revenue from ABM programs
  • Excellence in project management, organization, and communication
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and data-driven

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with account intent, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools (e.g., TechTarget, Postal/Sendoso, Apollo, Marketo, etc.)
  • bonus points if you’ve used Clay, Warmly, or other AI-powered marketing tools
