Account Based Renewal Sales Rep

Account Based Renewal Sales Representative responsible for managing high volume renewal cycles, driving seat expansions, and ensuring customer retention for Autodesk's software products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Regional Accounts.
  2. Defend the existing customer base by driving timely, accurate renewal execution with minimal guidance.
  3. Identify and close seat expansion opportunities (additional users across buyers, business units, divisions, or personas) at time of renewal using standard playbooks and creative approaches.
  4. Monitor account auto renewal settings and intervene when auto renewals are disabled to prevent churn, applying data analysis and judgment.
  5. Work directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal execution and accuracy.
